Deep, lasting transformation for your employees
Organisations that don’t promote health and wellness are four times more likely to lose talent in the next 12 months. (1)
Many people find work depressing. They're exhausted, anxious, running on empty - all while trying to appear fine. This affects everything: wellbeing, performance, culture, and results.
The business case for workplace wellness:
-
Stress-related issues cost Australian employers $10.11 billion annually (2)
-
Organisations with strong wellness programs see a $5.81 return for every $1 invested (3)
-
Healthy employees are 3x more productive than unhealthy employees (2)
-
Wellness programs result in a 25% decrease in sick leave and 41% decrease in workers comp costs (3)
Workplace wellness matters - the data speaks for itself. This service provides 1-1 sessions that work at the mind-body-spirit level, addressing root causes that affect both work performance and personal wellbeing. The result: deep, lasting transformation.
Mind
The mind helps us focus on the problem we want to solve. But if someone feels like an imposter at work, they can't simply logic their way out of it. There are deeper layers at play.

Body
When we're overwhelmed, it's not just in our heads, it's in our bodies too. You might feel a knot in your stomach, tightness in your chest, tension in your jaw.
The body holds information and patterns that thinking alone can't access. By working with the body directly, we can process intense experiences and resolve what's creating them, not just understand them intellectually.
Spirit
Working with spirit - your intuition, gut instinct, or deeper wisdom - gives access to solutions beyond conventional thinking. When you're stuck, this approach helps you access insights that seem to appear out of nowhere.
These intuitive skills have real business value. An employee attuned to their intuition can sense a poor decision even when it looks good on paper - preventing costly mistakes and opening doors to better outcomes.

These approaches are grounded in research across energy psychology, somatic practices, and neuroscience - with studies demonstrating their effectiveness for stress, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Benefits
Common outcomes when people engage in this work:
• Wellbeing improves - stress decreases, employees handle pressure with more ease and develop greater resilience
• Performance strengthens - people think more clearly, solve problems more creatively, and access deeper wisdom in decision-making
• Relationships improve - as people work through internal challenges, communication and collaboration become clearer and more natural
• Culture shifts - as individuals transform, ripple effects create a healthier, more human workplace
Research shows that in organisations where workplace health is managed well, financial performance increased by more than 2.5x. (1)
Logistics
1. Offering the service: You offer this service to your employees. I've created a simple webpage for them that contains everything they need to know to book sessions. The process is straightforward and requires minimal effort.
2. Opt-in model: Each employee decides if this work is right for them. Those who choose to participate of their own accord, rather than being pushed, tend to get the best results and provide the highest return on investment. I work exclusively with employees who choose to participate.
3. Location and timing: I am based in Melbourne, Australia, and can work remotely with people worldwide. In-person sessions can also be arranged, either at my home office or at the organisation’s site. I offer sessions during and outside of business hours.
4. Frequency and what to expect: Each employee works with me 1-1 twice a month, with sessions lasting 1 hour. In sessions, we focus on the internal aspects of their challenges. The work is done seated - no movement or physical exercises required. Significant transformation is often seen after six sessions, though this varies. Employees learn to work independently over time. Extra support sessions for urgent situations can be scheduled at no extra cost.
5. Cost and cancellation: $250 AUD per person, per month. Either the organisation or the employee can cancel at any time.
Note: This work creates deep, lasting transformation for most people, though results vary and it's not suitable for everyone. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, research shows that employee wellness programs deliver positive ROI, lower turnover rates, and improve performance.
Are we a fit?
No organisation is perfect. You don't have to tick every box on one side or avoid every one on the other. These are guideposts — qualities that tend to make this work most effective. What matters is being willing to adjust, to reflect honestly, and to take steps toward a workplace where both people and the organisation can flourish.
We might be a fit if
• You value your people - you genuinely care about employees on a human level and understand that when people are well, the organisation benefits too.
• You value depth - you understand that real transformation requires addressing root causes, not just managing symptoms.
• You value the intangible - you recognise there's something remarkable when people are truly alive, present, and tapping into their potential - even if it can't be fully measured.
• You're willing to evolve - you're open to evolving systems and culture so there's genuine mutual support between people and organisation.
We might not be a fit if
• Wellness as a checkbox: If wellness is treated mainly as a compliance exercise or just to boost productivity without openness to the deeper, less tangible benefits.
• Rigid systems: If there’s no willingness to reflect on organisational structures or culture that may be undermining wellbeing.
• Confidentiality not respected: If leadership expects access to private session content or isn’t prepared to safeguard employee trust.
